The deluxe room I was given was complete with a balcony and a comfy couch, for example. Having hair dryers, a bidet and a walk-in shower was a bonus. The personnel was hard-working and responsive.

Our stay was best, brand-new rooms, fairly friendly staff. Breakfast was satisfactory, food was always good. Our room had a very comfy bed and a particularly good view. It was near to The Shore and Melaka river and town too, strategic location overall. Also, it was easy to find the shore oceanarium.

The check-in was fast, the room was air-conditioned, the breakfast was good! Right by the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Had nice dainties at Mei Sin Cafe, located around 4-6 minutes walk the hotel.
